To promote the establishment of a sound institutional structure for the financing of development in Malaysia; |

To promote sound practices in the business and profession of development financing and development banking; |
| |
iii. |
To represent, promote and otherwise further the interest of members in on and consultation with the relevant authorities; |
| |
iv. |
To promote cooperation among member institutions in very possible way; |
| |
v. |
To establish among member institutions machinery for the systematic interchange of information; |
| |
vi. |
To encourage the carrying out of studies on problems of common interests; |
| |
vii. |
To improve the knowledge of and to raise the level of expertise and effectiveness in all aspects of development financing and to research, evaluate and disseminate techniques of development financing among members; |
| |
viii. |
To do all other things the Association may consider desirable or necessary in the interest of members of the Association. |
